衍射光束分束器(或点发生器)是一种衍射光学元件,用于将单个激光束分成几个光束,每个光束具有原始光束的特性(其功率和传播角度除外)。

衍射分束器可以生成1维光束阵列(1xN)或2维光束矩阵(MxN),这取决于元件上的衍射图案。衍射分束器与诸如激光束的单色光一起使用,并且被设计用于其输出光束之间的特定波长和分离角。光束分束器的典型应用包括:
