光束整形元件是衍射光学元件(DOE),用于将近高斯入射激光束转换成圆形,矩形,正方形,线形或其他形状的均匀强度光斑,在特定工作平面中具有锐边。
均匀的斑点能够对表面进行相同的处理,不包括特定区域的过度/不足。此外,该斑点的特征在于尖锐的过渡区域,其在处理区域和未处理区域之间形成清晰的边界。对于单模激光器,我们提供以下光束整形解决方案:
1、焦点成形:混合元件(透镜)或模块,在特定工作距离(透镜的BFL或从模块的出口位置到顶帽平面的距离)处提供顶帽强度分布。
2、角度光束整形:光学元件(窗口),在无像差客户的镜头的无限远或焦距处提供顶帽强度分布。
3、M-Shaper:光学元件(窗口),在扫描线上提供均匀曝光。
对于多模激光器,Holo / Or提供多种平顶漫射器,可选择圆形,方形,线形和矩形光斑。
我们还提供3个系列的环形光生成器 - 涡旋相位板,衍射锥和多圆环激光发生器。
“ Top-Hat ”或“ Flat-Top ”光束整形器是衍射光学元件(DOE),用于将近高斯入射激光束转换为圆形,矩形,正方形,线形或均匀强度(平坦)点或在特定工作平面中具有锋利边缘的其他形状。
由顶帽式光束整形器实现的均匀光斑使得能够对表面进行相同的处理,从而防止特定区域的过度曝光或曝光不足。光束整形器形成一个明确定义的光斑,具有平顶轮廓,其特征在于锐利的过渡区域,在处理区域和未处理区域之间形成清晰的边界。

顶帽(平顶)光束整形器的典型应用包括:激光烧蚀,激光焊接,激光穿孔,激光划线,医疗和美学激光应用。
