该机主要分为定位模块、贴角模块和成型模块三大部分，可实现各类纸盒、木盒、胶盒生产时的自动送纸、自动过胶、自动贴角、自动定位、自动成型和自动压泡等，系列工艺工序的自动完成，转版速度快，制作盒体精美。定位模块的黑白皮带、双镜头、自动纠偏、皮壳板贴衬定位、五片板定位。贴角模块的不粘胶胶带槽、双升纸台。成型模块的智能调节、自动锁固、伺服凸轮动作、免换铲刀和压泡板等，均由我司自行研发设计生产，并获得多项国家。
