力士乐DBE型比例溢流阀的系统压力极限由比例电磁铁2设定,与电流有关,来自系统的压力作用于主阀芯4,与此同时,经过装有节流孔5的先导管作用于主阀芯4的弹簧加载侧并作用在先导阀芯6.如果系统压力升高得超过对应着电磁铁力的设定值,则先导阀芯6打开。
现在先导油可以流回油箱,节流孔组产生作用在主阀芯4上的压降,使它从阀座上升起并打开从泵到油箱的通路。
力士乐DBEM行比例溢流阀为了保护系统免遭比例电磁铁2处不能允许的高电流尖峰引起的不能允许的高压之害,有一种供选方案是装设一个弹簧加载的压力溢流阀7提供zui高保护。
力士乐DBE(M)型比例溢流阀由直流比例电磁铁和先导型溢流阀组成。工作原理是:当输入一个电信号时,比例电磁铁1便产生一个相应的电磁力,它通过推杆2和弹簧3的作用,使锥阀4接触在阀座5上,因此打开的液压力与电流成正比,形成一个比例先导压力阀。孔a为主阀阀芯6的阻尼孔,由先导式溢流阀工作原理,对溢流阀阀芯6上的受力分析可知,电液比例溢流阀进口压力的高低与输人信号电流的大小成正比,即进口油压受输入电磁铁的电流大小控制。若输入信号电流是连续地按比例地或按一定程序变化,则比例溢流阀所调节的液压系统压力,也连续地按比例地或按一定程序地进行变化。从而将手调溢流阀,改为电信号控制。
力士乐DBE(M)型比例溢流阀实现多级压力控制,当以不同电流J1、j2、J3、J4和J5输入时,溢流阀就可得到五种压力控制,它与普通溢流阀的多级压力控制相比,液压元件数量少,系统简单。若输入的是连续变化的信号则可实现连续的压力控制。
先导型比例溢流阀。它的先导部分是直动式比例压力阀,可直接作为直动式比例溢流阀使用。若与普通压力阀组合,可组成先导型比例溢流阀、比例减压阀和比例顺序阀等元件。
