　　模头压力较低，熔体停留时间相对较短

　　整体流道设计注重流动性，有利于物料稳定通过

　　可为剪切敏感物料设置适宜的温度引导，配合合理的停留时间

　　壁厚控制均匀，符合常见生产要求

　　The overall flow channel design focuses on fluidity, which is conducive to the stable passage of materials

　　Suitable temperature guidance can be set for cutting sensitive materials, combined with reasonable residence time

主要应用范围：

　　PE管材模具：适用于给水管、燃气管等产品的生产

　　PP管材模具：可与单螺杆挤出机等设备配套，用于PP-R塑料管材的加工

　　PVC管材模具：可用于实壁管、发泡内螺旋消音管、中空壁内螺旋管、供水管、排水管、螺旋增强管、矿用管、通讯保护管(电线电缆用)、PVC纤维增强软管(如网络管/蛇皮管)等

　　Main application scope

　　PE pipe mold: suitable for the production of water supply pipes, gas pipes and other products

　　PP pipe mold: can be matched with single screw extruders and other equipment for the processing of PP-R plastic pipes
