Efficient sink flow cartridge dust collector is a new product of our factory and digesting foreign advanced technology development after. Filter tube, pulse thin film valve, solenoid valve, pressure gauge switch and control instrument circuit board all use foreign brand-name products （components can also be replaced by domestic products, customer demand）.

Filter material filter cartridge with four kinds of materials. The first one is made of paper fiber. The second is covered with a layer of fiber film layer on the surface of the paper fiber filter. The third is made of polyester fiber. Fourth kinds of fiber film layer is covered with a layer of PTFE on the surface of polyester fiber filter material. A composite filter fiber film layer, can very much dust barrier on the surface, the dust removal efficiency is very high.

Characteristics of cartridge dust collector is high efficiency dust, dust filtration efficiency up to 99.9% for 0.5 μ M. Dust filtration efficiency up to 99.99% for 5 μ

Filtration velocity cartridge dust collector, on superfine dust, easy to choose <0.5m/min, the general coarse dust, easy to choose 0.5-1.5m/min.
