巴氏合金——一种软基体上分布着硬颗粒相的低熔点轴承合金。有锡基、铅基、镉基三个系列。巴氏合金除制造滑动轴承外，因其质地软、强度低，常将其丝或粉喷涂在钢等基体上制成轴瓦使用。为防止成分偏析和细化晶粒，还常加入少量的砷。
按国家标准，巴氏合金可以分为锡基合金和铅基合金两种。铅基合金的强度和硬度比锡基合金低，耐蚀性也差。所以客户在使用巴氏合金的时候，通常选用锡基合金，其常用的牌号有ZChSnSb11-6、ZChSnSb8-4、ZChSnSb8-8等。尽管铅基合金的性能没有锡基合金好，但是有许多客户仍然选择使用，因为它使用起来比较经济，其常用的牌号有ZChPbSb16-16-2、ZChPbSb1-16-1等。
