SMC AR系列减压阀结构原理
下图是SMC AR平衡式直动式减压阀结构原理图。阀芯的下部与二次侧压力相通,故阀芯上下所受气压力是平衡的,压力的变动(不论是一次侧还是二次侧)不影响阀芯上下气压力的平衡,故这种结构形式的压力特性好。
SMC膜片式减压阀的工作原理是:将手轮外拉,见到黄色圈后,顺时针旋转手轮,调压弹簧被压缩,推动膜片组件下移,通过阀杆,打开阀芯,则进气口压力经阀芯节流降压,有压力输出。出口压力气体经反馈管浸入膜片下腔,在膜片上产生一个向上的推力。当此推力与调压弹簧平衡时,出口压力便稳定在一定值。
逆时针旋转手轮,调压弹簧力不断减小,阀芯逐渐关闭,膜片下腔中的压缩空气,经溢流阀不断从排气孔排处,直至zui后出口压力降为零。
调压完成后,将手轮压回,手轮被锁住,以保持设定压力一定。故称为锁定型手轮。
溢流式减压阀常用于二次侧负载变动的场合,如进行频繁调整的场合、二次侧有容器(如气缸)的场合。在使用过程中,经常要从溢流孔排出少量气体。当介质为有害气体的气路中,为防止污染工作场所,应选用无溢流孔的减压阀,即非溢流式减压阀。非溢流式减压阀也常用于经常耗气的吹气系统和气马达。
