I. Operation

1、 开机显示：

（1）开机总数自动设定为100，可按总数设置键改变总数。方法为： 

   *次按总数设置键，显示当前所设的总数，再按该键则加100， 

   依次到达zui大500，再按则回到100，循环为100 – 200 - 300 – 400 – 500。 当显示的总数您认为合适时，即可按细胞键进入数。

(1) The automatic amount when starting up is 100; it can be changed using amount setting key. The method is as follows: press total amount setting key at the first time, the total amount will display, and then press this key again to add 100 until it becomes 500, and then press again, it will be 100 again; the circulation is 100 - 200 - 300 - 400 - 500. You can press cell key to enter the number if the total amount is appropriate.

（2）键盘上每一个细胞上方都有对应的一个数字，是为方便显示设计

的，如数字9就表示对应的细胞为淋巴。

（3）其它键能定义未给出的任意细胞。

（4）由于显示的是数字代号，所以各按键可重新定义，满足其它细胞

计数，如进行细胞染色计数等。

(4) Each key can be redefined to satisfy other cell counting; for example, it can be used in cell dyeing counting.

2、按细胞键则进入计数，显示如下：

当总数每次到达整百时，鸣响3声提示，当计数到达设定的总数时，鸣响5声提示。再按细胞键，显示：

If the total amount reaches hundred, it will resound 3 times, and if the total amount reaches the setting amount, it will resound 5 times. Then you can press cell key, it will display 

按动%键，可查看所计细胞的个数和百分比。显示格式为：

Press % key, you can check quantity and percent of cells as follows:

6、按任何键均鸣响一声，提示按键有效；当按错细胞键时，可按减1

   键减去。

6. If you press any key effectively, it will resound; when you press wrong cell key, you can press key 1 to minus.

7、虽然设置了总数，但允许未计到设定的总数时按动%键，按动%

   键后，不能再继续计数。

7. Although you set the total amount, you can press % key when the amount has not reach setting amount; and after that, you cannot continue to count again. 

8、结束分类计数，要读取分类结果时可按动%键，则从1号键开始显

   示分类结果，未计数的细胞显示为0，可按任意细胞键察看该键分

类结果。

8. When the counting has been finished, you can press % key to read classification results, and the results will be displayed from key 1, the cell has not been counted will show 0, and you can press any cell key to read the classification result of this key.

9、要进行下一例分类计数，必须按清零键，以清除上例结果，但上

   次设置的总数不变。

10、如果显示屏显示的字母变暗，则表示供电电压太低，请注意更换

    电池。

二、使用注意事项：

II. DIRECTIONS：

1、 该机为交直流两用供电方式，将外接稳压器输出插头插到计数器后

   插孔，电池供电断开，有外接稳压器供电；拔掉外接稳压器器输出

插头，则有电池供电。外接稳压器器输出插头请勿经常随意拔出， 

以免接触不良，常期不用电池供电，请将电池取出。使用完毕，

将开关置OFF位置，拔掉外接稳压器220V输入插头。

1. This machine is in AC-DC power supply way, and when plug the output plug of external manostat in the counter jack, the battery power supply will off, and the external manostat will supply power; when cut off external manostat, the battery will supply power. Please do not cut off external manostat output plug optionally to avoid poor contact; and please take out the battery for disuse over a long period of time. After using, please set the switch at OFF position, and pull the 220V input plug of external manostat.

该机保修一年，终身维护，属使用不当而非产品质量问题造成器

件损坏，维修时酌情收费。
