喷漆废气产生于工件涂装的喷漆工作台，高压空气射出的油漆大部分留在工件上，其它的随着废气带出，形成漆雾粉尘。这些粉尘含量不高，粒径较小，绝大部分在10μm以下，箱体外部的漆雾在风机的吸力下进入漆雾净化处理箱，气液分离器进行气水分离，分离后向箱内行走，在行走的过程中，遇到多级过滤板,漆雾与过滤板进行*饱和接触，颗粒状尘雾被过滤板吸附，余下的干净尾气通过网状过滤器过滤后，再进入活性炭吸附净化箱，活性炭净化箱是利用高效吸附材料活性炭吸附有机气体能力强的优点来净化空气的。活性炭净化箱分进风、活性炭过滤段和出风段组成，有机废气从过风口进入箱体，净化后的达标尾气在通风机吸力下排向大气。
