• 整个手套箱由304不锈钢制作（厚度3mm),箱体上并焊有加强筋，使得手套箱腔体达到高真空时箱体不会发生变形。
• 腔体尺寸:  780Lx 650W x 700H mm   ( 31"x 26" x 28" )
• 两个手套法兰，可以保护橡胶手套在腔体中达到正压或是真空状态下而不被破坏

机械压力表和阀门

• 主腔体背后有两个KF25接口和三个球阀
• 前级室上安装有机械压力表，一球阀和一KF25接口

真空泵和挡板阀

真空泵和挡板阀不包括在仪器内，可以在本公司订购        

真空度

真空度:

• 前级室:  0.05 Torr (0.067 mbar);
• 主腔体:  0.5 Torr (0.67 mbar)

注意:

• 此手套箱并非为高真空设计，真空度过高会使手套箱变形
• 橡胶手套不可以在真空状态下操作，真空处理是为了去除手套箱内的水和氧
• 大正压:   1.1 atm  (注意：如果手套箱内的气压高于1.1atm  810 torrs  不可以操作橡胶手套）

电源

• The control of glove box humidity is achieved by using either manual purging system or Gas Purification System.

  •  Himidity Range 4~5% Rh: According to our experimental results, manually purging the system for 6 cycles by using the N2 gas supply tank

  •   Himidity Range < 2% Rh: If you need to achieve a himidity level lower than 2% Rh, please either use gas supply with 99.9999% gas puritywith moisture filter  or a Recirculating Gas Purification Systemfor purging.
