YHMKQ8312-5小型数控凸轮轴磨床主要用途 Main purpose

适用于摩托车,通用汽油机,轻型柴油机,小排量汽车等发动机凸轮轴以及油泵凸轮轴的磨削加工。

It’s suitable for grinding and machining the camshafts of engine and oil pump in motorcycle, general gasoline engine, light-type diesel engine and small displacement vehicle, etc.

 

YHMKQ8312-5小型数控凸轮轴磨床主要特点 Technical characters

1.机床数控系统采用西门子(SIEMENS)802S数控系统,工作台移动(Z轴),砂轮架进给(X轴),砂轮修整进给(Y轴)均实现数字控制。

2.机床具有自动循环磨削,导轮自动跳挡,自动修整砂轮,尺寸自动补偿等多种功能。

3.砂轮主轴采用流体静*承,主轴回转精度高,精度保持性能好。

1.It adopts SIEMENS 802S numerical control, which worktable moving on Z axle, wheel head feeding on X axle and wheel dressing feeding on Y axle are controlled by CNC.

2.The machine owns multi-functions, including auto-circulation grinding, gear auto-stopping for guide roller, wheel auto-dressing and wheel size auto-compensation etc.

3.Wheel spindle adopts fluid hydro-static bearing with high and stable revolution precision.
