水滴角测试仪用于测试液体对固体的接触角,即通过测量液体与固体间所形成接触角的大小,判断液体对固体的浸润性。广泛应用于硅晶、液晶、玻璃、纤维、合成材料、油墨、涂料、农药等领域的测试与研究。

详细介绍

水滴角测试仪试验原理:

所谓接触角,是指在一固体水平平面上滴一液滴,固体表面上的固—液—气三相交界点处,其气—液界面和固—液界面两切线把液相夹在其中所成的角即为接触角。

水滴角测试仪产品特性:

1. *设计的机械结构,多维协调控制样品台、进样系统、摄像系统的运作,随意调整,平稳性高、水平性好;

2. 背光源采用可调亮度的LED冷光源,保证了液滴轮廓清晰可见。冷光源亦可有效避免额外热度所导致的小液滴挥发现象;

3. 专业设计的手动进样系统,微距离移动灵活方便,*配合微量进样器,使进样更为精确、方便;

4. 工业级高清CMOS相机配合可连续变焦显微镜镜头,采集图像清晰不失真,成像分辨率达2048H×1536V;

5. 视频实时监控测试区域,可瞬间冻结和连续抓拍试样图像信息,抓拍周期可设定;

7. 软件可多种方式求取接触角值:左右接触角值可分别计算与比较,及自动测试和人工修整相结合,以达到更为精确的测试结果;
