该仪器基于单向稳定导热原理,当试样上、下两面处于不同的稳定温度下,测量通过试样有效传热面积的热流及试样两表面间温差和厚度,计算导热系数。满足了材料检测研究部门对材料导热系数的高精度测试要求。仪器参考标准:GB/T3399《塑料导热系数试验方法,护热平板法》、GB/T3139-2005(纤维增强塑料导热系数试验方法)(玻璃钢导热系数试验方法)、GB/10294-2008(绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定 防护热板法等。主要测试塑料、玻璃、纤维、泡沫、保温材料等。广泛应用在大中院校,科研单位,质检部门和生产厂的材料分析检测。

DRH-300导热系数测试仪(护热平板法,单平板)主要技术指标

1、导热系数范围:0.001~2.000W/mk;

2、测试精度:±3%;

3、试样尺寸:单试件300×300×(10-50)mm;平面度: < 0.05 mm.

4、热面温度范围:室温~100℃,温度分辩率0.01℃,测量精度: 0.05℃;

5、冷面温度范围:0~60℃,温度分辩率0.01℃;

6、计算机控制全自动测试;

7、冷热板温差:默认值20℃,用户也可以自行设定

常用标准温差: 20℃ 常用温度差范围15-25℃

8、使用电源:230V,60HZ。

配置:含测试主机壹台,软件壹套,高精度恒温水槽壹台,带英文操作系统的台式电脑壹台。

 

DRH-300 Coefficient of thermal conductivity tester(The protecting-hot plate method)

1.Overview:

The instrument is based on one-way steady heat conduction principle, When the upside and downside of the sample in different stable temperature, measured by the specimen effective heat transfer area of heat flux 、the temperature that is difference between the upside and downside and it thickness to calculate it coefficient of thermal conductivity. Material coefficient of thermal conductivity of the material testing research department of high precision testing requirements. Instruments and reference standards: GB/T3392-82 "plastic test method for thermal conductivity, thermal protection act of tablet, GB/T3139-2005 (fiber reinforced plastic coefficient of thermal conductivity test method) (glass fiber reinforced plastic coefficient of thermal conductivity test method), GB/T10294 (insulation steady state thermal resistance and the relevant features and protection hot plate method), etc. Mainly test to plastic, glass, fiber, foam, heat preservation material etc.The machine is widely used in university and collage, scientific research institutions, quality inspection department and material analysis of factory inspection.

1, scope of application

This instrument is suitable for the dry or homogeneous plate materials under different humidity condition and the coefficient of thermal conductivity of powder materials.

Coefficient of thermal conductivity range: 0.001 ~ 2 w/m. k

2, instrument provides the controlled temperature to test, the highest temperature is 100 ℃; Using waterbath ,temperature control range 0-60 ℃;

3,Digital temperature measuring . precision of better than 0.2.

4, power supply: 230 v / 60 hz

5, the measurement accuracy + / - 3%

6, metering heating power 35 w + / - 1%.

7, can connect PC to automatic test, and can print it data .

8, sample size requirements: 300 x 300 x (10 to 50) (mm) single sample

(1) 10 ° ~ 35 ℃ ambient temperature

(2) the relative humidity of 80% RH or less

   Instrument consist of stable power supply, thermometer table, center of hot plate heater, hot plate heater, upper and lower polar plate, temperature measuring element, cwaterbath, computer testing system.

    3, cold plate temperature control: constant temperature water tank
