1、将压水棒放入隔水膜袋中
2、打开仪器上面小盖、加入干净的自来水,是纯净水。(仪器可*不用换水。使用一段时间后,在仪器工作时,提起隔水膜袋观察水的清澈程度确定是否需要换水)
3、加水时请注意观察蜂鸣报警声停止,停止说明水位已加满请停止加水,过多加水,仪器左侧溢水口,会有水溢出。
4、加水过多时侧面会有水溢出,这样不会影响仪器使用,您可在侧面放水阀门放出少许即可。
5、等待40-50分钟显示屏实际温度显示37度,即可将血浆放入隔水膜袋中点击“开/关”按钮-------OK。
6、如需要改变设定温度、时间请参照操作手册。
一.目的

二. 职责
本科室工作人员应用此操作规程,保证为临床提供安全的血浆。
三.原理
冰冻*采用电气控制原理,新鲜冰冻血浆、普通冰冻血浆及冷沉淀等需要在 37 一 40℃稳定温度条件下,快速解冻防止蛋白成分析出 ,循环水溶箱可以维持稳定温度的水 浴条件,快速、批量觧冻,冰冻血液制品,确保觧冻速度和血液质量。
四.适用范围
适用于循环水浴箱解冻新鲜冰冻血浆、普通冰冻血浆及冷沉淀操作。
五、器材与试剂
1、器材:血库融浆机,血浆解冻袋
六、环境条件 温度:20-27℃,温度≤80% 七、操作程序:
1、连接进水管,排水管,接通电源;
2、打开电源开关,按“启动"键,提示“缺水"状态,拧开水开始加水,直至进水完成,“预温"灯亮;
3、设定解冻湿度(一般设定为38℃)及解冻时间(根据解冻血浆数量确定,一般设定在16分钟以上);
4、待预温完成后,水箱水位上升到工作状态;
5、将血浆或冷沉淀从低温冰箱中取出,去掉包装盒,套上解冻袋,放入解冻槽中,盖好解冻箱盖;
6、解冻完成后,依次将血浆解冻袋取出,将血浆去掉解冻袋后放置室温下待用;
7、如果解冻后的血浆温度己经恢复到室温仍未发出,应该将血浆转移到4℃储血冰箱内待用。
八、注意事项
1、解冻箱应使用独立的三芯插座;
2、解冻箱上水时务必连好排水管,防止加水过量后溢水; 3、发现有破损血浆时需立即换水,并进行清洗
4、要避免*标签等物品落入水箱内,以免堵塞水管,致使水循环系统瘫痪;
5、解冻箱*不用时,应将解冻箱内的水全部排尽。
九、保养与维护
1、解冻箱应每周做清洗保养一次,清洗内外表面;
2、温度校正:每年由*对解冻箱进行一次温度检测,如发现实测温度与显示温度相差0.5℃以上,应对解冻箱进行校正

Nine, maintenance and maintenance
1, the thawing box should be cleaned and maintained once a week, and the inside and outside surface should be cleaned.
