本机适用于实验室进行饱和汽蒸和高温汽蒸的固色、树脂热熔染色焙烘试验，以取得和验证染料、助剂等组成的配方和工艺条件，同时可作为热固色和印花烘干使用。整机采用优质不锈钢制造，蒸汽和热风分布均匀、精确、稳定。

集成蒸汽发生器，实现温度与湿度联合自动控制系统。

    蒸汽发生器装备自动加水和水位控制系统，并配备安全阀过压保护装置。

进口温控器和瑞士高温型湿度传感器，数码显示，量化温度和湿度值。

蒸化时间可自由设定，自动完成进出料和结束报警。

伸缩式特殊结构针板设计，可灵活调节不同面料的上架张力。

独立电控柜安装在机器右侧，有效避免了蒸汽及热量对电气元件损害。
