Temperature Control System sets up a communication between the computer and  MTI's furnace which has a 518/708 PLC so that the customer can  efficiently control and real-time monitor the furnace temperature via a GUI, it includes:

• A temperature control unit module with standard I/O to the temperature controller
• A USB to RS485 cable for setting up connection between the temperature controller and computer
• A disc includes termperature control software and USB to RS485 driver compatible with windows XP/Vista.

NOTE:

• For the customer who will purchase a new furnace and this system, MTI will assemble the module inside the controller and finish all the wire connections, leave only plug and play to the customer.
• For the customer who needs to upgrade their old furnace with this system, MTI will send a very detailed operation manual for installation and application.
