四、工作原理
根据欧姆定律,被测电阻Rx等于施加电压V除以通过的电流I。传统的高阻计的工作原理是测量电压V固定,通过测量流过取样电阻的电流I来得到电阻值。从欧姆定律可以看出,由于电流I是与电阻成反比,而不是成正比,所以电阻的显示值是非线性的,即电阻无穷大时,电流为零,即表头的零位处是∞,其附近的刻度非常密,分辨率很低。整个刻度是非线性的。又由于测量不同的电阻时,其电压V也会有些变化,所以普通的高阻计是精度差、分辨率低。
本仪器是同时测出电阻两端的电压V和流过电阻的电流I,通过内部的大规模集成电路完成电压除以电流的计算,然后把所得到的结果经过A/D转换后以数字显示出电阻值,即便是电阻两端的电压V和流过电阻的电流I是同时变化,其显示的电阻值不象普通高阻计那样因被测电压V的变化或电流I的变而变,所以,即使测量电压、被测量电阻、电源电压等发生变化对其结果影响不大,其测量精度很高(),从理论上讲其误差可以做到零,而实际误差可以做到千分之几或万分之几。

备注:
本仪器配不同的测量电极(夹具)可以测量不同材料(固体、粉体或液体)的体积电阻率和表面电阻率或电导率,*符合标准GB1410-2006固体电工绝缘材料绝缘电阻、体积电阻系数和表面电阻试验方法,ASTM D257 绝缘材料的直流电阻或电导试验方法 等标准要求。
注意事项:
仪器使用前请仔细阅读以下内容,否则将造成仪器损坏或电击情况。
1. ★检查仪器后面板电压量程是否置于10V档,电流电阻量程是否置于104档。
2. ★接通电源调零,(注意此时主机不得与屏蔽箱线路连接)在“Rx”两端开路的情况下,调零使电流表的显示为0000。然后关机。
3. ★将待测试样平铺在不保护电极*然后用保护电极压住样品,再插入被保护电极(不保护电极、保护电极、被保护电极应同轴且确认电极之间无短路)。
4. ★测体积电阻时测试按钮拨到Rv边,测表面电阻时测试按钮拨到Rs边,
5. ★接好测试线,将测试线将主机与屏蔽箱连接好。量程置于104档,打开主机后面板电源开关按钮。从仪器后面板调电压按钮到所要求的测量电压。
(比如:GBT 1692-2008 硫化橡胶 绝缘电阻率的测定 标准中注明要求在500V电压进行测定,那么电压就要升到500V)
6. ★电流电阻量程按钮从低档位逐渐拨高档,每拨一次停留1-2秒观察显示数字,当被测电阻大于仪器测量量程时,电阻表显示“1”,此时应继续将仪器拨到量程更高的位置。
测量仪器有显示值时应停下,在1min的电化时间后测量电阻,当前的数字乘以档次即是被测电阻。
7. ★测试完毕先将量程拨至(104)档,然后将测量电压拨至10V档,zui后将测试按钮拨到*位置后关闭电源。然后进行下一次测试。
8. ★应在“Rx”两端开路时调零,一般一次调零后在测试过程中不需再调零。
9. ★禁止将“RX”两端短路,以免微电流放大器受大电流冲击。
10. ★不得在测试过程中不要随意改动测量电压。
11. ★测量时从低次档逐渐拨往高次档。
12. ★接通电源后,手指不能触及高压线的金属部分。
13. ★不得测试过程中不能触摸微电流测试端。
14. ★在测量高阻时,应采用屏蔽盒将被测物体屏蔽。
15. ★严禁在试测过程随意改变电压量程及在通电过程中打开主机。
16. ★严禁电流电阻量程未在104档及电压在10V档,更换试样。

四、工作原理

根据欧姆定律,被测电阻Rx等于施加电压V除以通过的电流I。传统的高阻计的工作原理是测量电压V固定,通过测量流过取样电阻的电流I来得到电阻值。从欧姆定律可以看出,由于电流I是与电阻成反比,而不是成正比,所以电阻的显示值是非线性的,即电阻无穷大时,电流为零,即表头的零位处是∞,其附近的刻度非常密,分辨率很低。整个刻度是非线性的。又由于测量不同的电阻时,其电压V也会有些变化,所以普通的高阻计是精度差、分辨率低。

一、安装调试:协助试验机的安装,负责试验机的运输、调试。
