YAMATAKE温控器 C36TC0UA2200 山武温度控制器的工作过程——Z简单的温度控制器就是双金属片,是利用两种不同的金属的膨胀系数不同的原理工作的,将两种不同的金属片贴在一起,当温度升高时,由于膨胀系数不同,金属片就会向膨胀系数小的那边弯曲,带动开关动作,温度降低时,则会向另一边弯曲,饮水机里面的恒温开关(动作温度80℃)、电饭锅里的保温开关都用到了这种温控器。

YAMATAKE温控器C36TC0UA2200 山武温度控制器的工作过程——zui简单的温度控制器就是双金属片,是利用两种不同的金属的膨胀系数不同的原理工作的,将两种不同的金属片贴在一起,当温度升高时,由于膨胀系数不同,金属片就会向膨胀系数小的那边弯曲,带动开关动作,温度降低时,则会向另一边弯曲,饮水机里面的恒温开关(动作温度80℃)、电饭锅里的保温开关都用到了这种温控器。工业上用的温控器则一般采用半导体或电阻温度传感器(热敏电阻),当温度变化时,半导体的电阻发生相应的改变,然后由放大电路将这一变化放大,当温度到达设定的值,对应一个相应的电阻值,这时放大电路就会输出一个开关信号给相应的执行机构,比如断开加热电路,让温度不至于过高。温度降低时原理相同。
