膨胀阀的正确调整方法

1)在调整热力膨胀阀之前,必须确认冷库制冷异常是由于热力膨胀阀偏离工作点引起的,而不是因为氟利昂少、干燥过滤器堵塞、滤网、风机、皮带等其他原因所引起的。同时,必须保证感温包采样信号的正确性,感温安装位置必须正确,不可安装在管道的正下方,以防管子底部积油等因素影响感温包正确感温。

(2) 热力膨胀阀调整时注意事项
热力膨胀阀的调整工作,必须在制冷装置正常运行状态下进行。由于蒸发器表面无法放置测温计,可以利用压缩机的吸气压力作为蒸发器内的饱和压力,查表得到近似蒸发温度。用测温计测出回气管的温度,与蒸发温度对比来校核过热度。调整中,如果感到过热度太小,则可把调节螺杆按顺时针方向转动(即增大弹簧力,减小热力膨胀阀开启度),使流量减小;反之,若感到过热度太大,即供液不足,则可把调节螺杆朝相反方向(逆时针)转动,使流量增大。由于实际工作中的热力膨胀阀感温系统存在着一定的热惰性,形成信号传递滞后,运行基本稳定后方可进行下一次调整。因此整个调整过程必须耐心细致,调节螺杆转动的圈数一次不宜过多过快。
(3)热力膨胀阀具体的调整步骤
1)停机。将数字温度表的探头插入到蒸发器回气口处(对应感温包位置)的保温层内。将压力表与压缩机低压阀的三通相连。
2)开机,让压缩机运行15 分钟以上,进入稳定运行状态,使压力指示和温度显示达到稳定值。
3)读出数字温度表温度T1 与压力表测得压力所对应的温度T2,过热度为两读数之差T1- T2。
注意,必须同时读出这两个读数。热力膨胀阀过热度应在5-8℃之间,如果不是,则进行适当的调整。调整步骤是:首先拆下热力膨胀阀的防护盖,然后转动调整螺杆2-4 圈,等系统运行稳定,重新读数,计算过热度,是否在正常范围,不是的话,重复前面的操作,直至符合要求,调节过程必须小心仔细。

1 正确选择热力膨胀阀的目的
热力膨胀阀的选配对整个系统的性能发挥起着重要的作用,正确的选择热力膨胀阀将使蒸发器zui大限度地加以利用,并使蒸发器始终和热负荷匹配。
2 热力膨胀阀与系统不匹配时的现象
不匹配时、会使系统的制冷剂流量时多时少,导致热力膨胀阀的制冷量时大时小,当制冷量过小时,会使蒸发器供液不足,产生过大热度,对系统性能会造成不利的影响.当制冷量过大时,会引起震荡,间歇性的使蒸发器供液过量,导致压缩机的吸气压力出现剧烈波动,甚至有液态制冷剂进入压缩机,引起液击(湿冲程)现象.
3 选择的依据
根据制冷系统的制冷剂种类,蒸发温度范围和蒸发器过热负荷的大小选择。

选择方法及一般步骤
下面就叙述下膨胀阀的选择方法。由于现在都采用吊顶冷风机,一般蒸发压力降都比较大,所以都选用外平衡式的热力膨胀阀。根据蒸发温度和热力膨胀阀的进出口的压差,查供应商所给产品选择表.

一般步骤如下:
1) 确定系统的制冷剂型号。
2) 确定蒸发器的蒸发温度,冷凝温度及制冷量。
3) 热力膨胀阀进出口的压力差。
