QuEChERS 简介:
QuEChERS 产品的设计意在克服高水分含量食品中多种农药残留的问题,其名称为Quick-Easy-Cheap-Effective-Rugged- Safe的缩写。其将多个处理过程简化、并扩大的提取范围,是进行农残分析的理想选择。
QuEChERS S方法分为两个步骤:提取后提纯。
提取产品使用MgSO4连同NaCl或者无水醋酸钠(用于对基体敏感的组分,如灭菌丹、克菌丹等)去除样品中的水分,包装为50mL聚丙烯离心管,方便提取。
提纯产品包含PSA (伯胺或仲胺)来去除有机酸和极性色素,一些产品中还将封尾C18和PSA组合来去除脂肪和固醇,或采用多孔石墨化碳来去除固醇和色素(如叶绿素)
