适用于各种型材端面、台阶面的成型加工,加工精度高;大功率定制主轴电机,加工质量更高。
设备垂直锯片可以水平旋转,,加工效率高,使用范围更广。
废料收集功能:的排屑设计,减少碎屑污染,使工作现场更整洁。
七轴数控结构:精密的齿条进给,无需调整刀具位置,即可全自动数控完成作业。
三组铣刀,一组刀具可在90°范围内调整,操作方便,稳定高效。
进给系统采用伺服电机拖动,速度位置可调,切削进给平稳均匀,加工精度高,表面质量好。
设备配有可记忆多达100多组程序,根据型材调入程序直接加工(无需调刀)。
