采用桥式结构,工作台、工件保持静止,所有加工由*运动来完成。
运动惯量小,改善提高动态性能和加工速度,大行程下亦可高稳定性,是大型高速加工的结构。
结构优点包括：
1、承载大,是同规格定梁龙门机床的2-3倍,动态性能好。
2、工作台固定不动,加工动态性能不受工件重量的影响(定梁龙门工件重量会使加工动态性能产生波动)。
3、与定梁龙门相比由于运动部分是相对较轻的横梁、横拖板、滑枕部分,ⅩNY采用直线滚柱滚动导轨,承载大,摩擦系数小,因而具有很好的动态响应特性,适于高速加工。
4、双驱同步技术,重心驱动,使机床的性能得到进一步提升。
5、防水性能好,运动部件都在墙体上,占地面积只有相同规格的定梁龙门机床的3/5左右。
