1.采用德国西门子(SIEMENS)840D数控系统。
2.采用静动*承动平衡高速电主轴(号:ZL2009 2 0063655.8),配置CBN砂轮,实现凸轮轴的80-120米/秒高速磨削。
3.采用高精度高刚度直驱式闭式矩形静压导轨(发明公开号:CN201010228669.8),消除了低速爬行现象.
4.工件旋转轴采用加减速控制方法(发明公开号:CN201010278922.0)(软件著作权:2010SR004346),提高了磨削精度。
5、砂轮主轴采用内置式在线动平衡。
6.采用金刚石滚轮在线修整CBN砂轮(发明申请号:201110247142.4),提高了机床的加工精度和加工效率。
