The machine is appliedinindustriessuch as pharmaceutics, foodstuff, chemicals and etc,withfeaturesof cool air and no sieve or screen. It is not limitedbytheviscosity, hardness, softness or fiber shape of therawmaterials,and has good effect to all materials, especially tothoseChineseherbal medicines with fibers and those withoils. 

药用超微粉碎机 GMP标准制造 工作原理: Working Method 

    该机由加料斗,分级轮,粉碎刀片,齿圈,粉碎电机,出料口,风叶,集料箱,吸尘箱等部分组成,物料由加料斗进入粉碎室,通过高速旋转的刀片进行粉碎,调节分级轮与分级盘的距离来达到所要求的物料细度,高速旋转的风叶把达到要求的物料从粉碎室通过负压风引到下料器中,没有达到要求的物料继续在粉碎室中粉碎,粉尘经布袋或滤筒过滤回收,该机组按GMP标准设计,结构简单,操作清理方便,噪音小,产量高,设备采用不锈钢材料制作,粉碎过程中无粉尘飞扬。 

The machine is composedoffeeder,grading wheel, pulverizing blades, gears,pulverizingmotor,discharging gate, fans, collection box, dustcollection boxandetc. Any raw material, being feed into the grindchamberthroughthe upper feeder, is pulverized by high-speedrunningblades. Thefineness of the finished products is regulatedvia thedistanceadjustment of grading wheel and grading plate.Thehigh-speedrunning fans will lead those pulverized materialfromgrindingchamber to discharge gate via negative pressurewhilewhoseunpulverized remained in the chamber. The dust fromgrindingisfiltered and recycled via the cloth bag or filter ofthedustabsorption box. The whole machine, designed accordingtoGMPstandard, is made of stainless steel, with the featuresofeasystructure, convenient operation and cleaning, low noiseandhighcapacity, avoiding dust flying in production.
