该机组主要采用SJ--55型单螺杆挤出机生产，整套流水线由挤出机、模具、真空定型冷却水箱、多楔带牵引机、气缸编码器定长切割（或伺服定长切割）组成，该机组结构紧凑，精度高，制品合格率高。This machine mainly uses SJ--55 typesingle screw extruder production.Complete assembly line consists of extruder,mould, vacuum shaping cooling water tank, multi wedge belt traction machine,cylinder encoder fixed length cutting (or servo fixed length cutting), the unithas the advantages of compact structure, high precision, high qualified rate.
