★头架及砂轮架主轴采用整体大锥度成型油楔动承结构，具有回转精度高，刚性大、温升低的特点。

★尾架采用密珠套筒结构，具有液压伸缩功能，实现液压进退、弹簧夹紧。

★工作台运动、砂轮架进退既可液动亦可手动，并具有各种范围工件切入半自动定程磨削功能。
