当您在工作台上进行测试需要万用表和直 流电源时,新型 Agilent U3606A 万用表 直流电源是您的*选择。安捷伦的这一新型综合解决方案兼具 5 ½ 位数字万用表和 30 W 电源的功能,这两大功能既可同时使用,又可分开使用。该方案可为您提供经济高效的测试,同时可以节省在工作台上或者机框里占用的空间。

测量包括 DC AC 电压和电流、2 线和 4 线毫欧姆电阻、频率、电容、连续性和二极管测试。数学功能包括空值(Null)、dBMdB、保持和zui小值/zui大值/平均值。

电源功能包括用于多电平 DC 偏置测试的自动扫描和斜波功能,以及用于数字电路故障诊断的 4.8 kHz 方波输出。

U3606A 标配 USB-TMC 488.2 GBIP 接口,以及 SCPI 编程能力,非常容易集成到现有系统中。
