一、       概述General

 “WD – 1型温度监测仪是用于监测温度的智能化仪表。它通过对被监测系统的温度监测,并参照您设定的报警值,对系统的工作状况进行检测、显示与报警。

“WD-1 temperature monitor: is an inligent instrument which is used for monitoring the temperature. Through the temperature monitoring to monitored system and according to the alarm value set by you, this instrument can inspect, display and alarm the operation condition of system.

本仪表采用高性能的*处理器、传感器、工业级IC模块和高稳定性的元器件,并经过严格的老化与筛选。因此仪表具有稳定性好、精度高、抗*力强等特点。仪表壳体采用不锈钢材料制成,适用于各种恶劣环境。

This instrument uses a central processing unit with high performance, sensor, IC module of industrial grade and components of high stability, and has passed strict aging and screening test. Therefore, this instrument is characterized by good stability, high precision and strong capacity of resisting disturbance. The instrument housing is made of stainless materials and is suitable for a variety of harsh environments.

二、主要功能说明II. Description of main functions

2.1     温度监测  Temperature monitoring

本系统监测、显示被监测系统的温度(如循环水的温度、油温等),当温度超过您设置的zui高温度值和低于您设置的zui低温度值时,系统进行报警。

The system monitors and displays the temperature (such as temperature of circulating water, oil temperature, etc.) of the monitored system. When the temperature exceeds the maximum temperature value and lower than the minimum temperature value set that you set, the system will alarm.

2.2     TKZM-18脉冲控制仪TKZM-16,WD-1型温度监测仪报警   Alarm

系统报警后,可通过仪表输出的DC24V/1A/1Hz的报警电信号驱动外接报警器;同时,仪表面板上相应的状态指示灯闪烁,说明报警原因。

After system alarming, the external warner can be driven through the alarm signal of DC24V/1A/1Hz output by the instrument. At the same time, relevant status indicator lamp on the instrument flashes, indicating the cause of the alarm.

四、仪表使用说明Instrument instructions

概述 General
 

图一是二次表面板示意图,它分为三个部分。

Figure 1 is diagram for secondary instrument panel, which is divided into three parts.

*部分是数字显示部分,显示温度数字量。本显示部分采用液晶显示器件,并带自控背光源,无论环境光线强弱,显示都一目了然。

The first part is digit display, displaying the temperature digit. The display uses LED components with self-control backlight; whether the ambient light is strong or weak, the display is clear.

第二部分是被监测系统温度状态指示灯。其中高温、低温指示灯是报警及原因指示。在参数设置时,又是设置相应报警值的指示。

The second part is the indicating light of temperature state of monitored system. In which, the high temperature and low temperature indicating lights are alarm and reason indication. In parameter settings, it is indications to set corresponding alarm value.

第三部分是仪表按键。它包括移位,调整两个功能键。其具体功能见操作说明。

The third part is instrument presses, including two functional keys: replacement key and adjustment key. See instructions for their specific functions.

4.2     基本操作Basic operations

仪表通电后自动进入工作状态。

After power on, the instrument automatically enter operating state.

使用仪表,必须通过仪表背板上的按键对相关报警值进行设置,否则,将使用出厂设置值。

When using the instrument for the first time, set corresponding alarm value by the presses on the instrument backboard, otherwise, the factory default settings shall be used.

附:指示灯在报警值设置时的定义与出厂时设置值:

Note: The definition of indicating light at the setting of alarm value and the factory-set value:

高温——设置高温报警值       出厂设置值:125.0

High temperature Set high temperature alarm value  Factory-set value: 125.0

低温——设置低温报警值       出厂设置值:10.0

Low temperature Set low temperature alarm value    Factory-set value: 10.0

4.2.1       设置高低温报警值Set high and low temperature alarm value

在开机状态下,同时按仪表背板上的移位、调整键,进入高、低温报警值设置:

In the state of starting up, press the replacement key and adjustment key on the instrument backboard at the same time to enter the setting of high and low temperature alarm value:

进入设置状态后,先设置的对象为高温报警值,此时高温状态指示灯亮(如图二所示),相应数字显示屏的数位数字闪烁(数字显示屏所显示的数值为系统上次设定值,例125.0)。按调整键循环选择数的大小,正确后按移位键进入下一位数字设置。

After entering the setting state, the first set object is high temperature alarm value, at this point, the indicating light of high temperature state is on (see Figure 2), and the corresponding digital numbers on the digital display flashes (the number displayed on the digital display is the setting value for the last time, e.g. 125.0). Press the adjustment key to select the numbers cycled, when it is right, press replacement key to enter the setting of next digit.
