本机器用于压制钨、钴、钛等金属及其合金粉末，制成各种形状硬质合金的量刃具及模具。本 机器具有两个工作缸，侧缸活塞力为 1200KN 用于夹紧模具，主缸活塞力为 1000KN，用 于粉末压制成型。本机器由主机、液压系统、电器系统等组成。机身前后均有双手按钮，控制箱前 后均有操作按钮，可实现前后操作。本机器操作方式分为手动操作及半自动操作。
The press is suitable for use I pressing powder of Woll-arm.Cobalt.Titanium alloy and presses all kinds of shaoes as measuring tools of hard metal aiioy and dies.There are two pressing cylinders in this machine,max piston force of lateral cylinder’s is 1200KN,uses clamping dies,max piston force of main cylinder is 1000KN ,uses pressing powder etc.There are two-hands push buttonson the press in the front and back and can be operated separately.OperatiNO.method is divided into manual and semi-automatic.

本机器用于压制钨、钼等金属及合金粉末，制成长条形或各种形状的坯料。 本机器有主、侧缸。侧缸活塞压力为 550 吨，用于夹紧模具。主缸活塞压力为 500 吨， 用于金属粉末的压制成型。在侧缸管路上装有高压截门，故主缸活塞可单独工作。 机械由主机、液压系统、电器系统、辅助装置等组成，在机身前后均有操作工作台，指示压力 表及按钮控制盒，可实现两工位操作，推送缸可将模具拉入或推出机身，操作简便。 本机器操作方式分为手动操作及半自动操作，半自动操作分为半自动连续式及半自动断续式操 作。
