滚筒筛是一种新款自清洁筛分材料专用设备，筛分粒度小于300mm，粉尘少，抗磨耐用。生产能力可达60吨/h-1000吨/h ，兴龙元滚筒筛砂金网采用分体设计，运用滚动输送方式进行砂石料筛分，其运行平稳，无振动，效率高，噪音小。

安装程序要求：

1：预埋钢板，安装前，应根据设备安装图纸上要求预埋钢板，，预埋钢板的上平面应在同一平面上，安装所需的预埋钢板和地脚螺栓应由安装单位或公司准备。

2:筛 体安装，筛体的安装位置应根据设备进出料口的位置布置确定

3：安装基础支架：通过吊装将筛体两端安装在基础支架上，调整筛体安装角度至设计角度，最后进行固定焊接。

4：连接入口和出口

5：连接筛体下支撑密封板

6：手动转动滚筒筛筒时不得有过大阻力或卡住现象否则应及时找出原因并调整。

7：如果滚筒筛在出厂后六个月以上安装则必须拆下主轴轴承进行清洁，安装前必须注入新的润滑脂。

滚筒筛主要由电机、减速机、滚筒装置、机架、密封盖和进出口组成。

Setup requirements:

1: Before installation, the embedded steel plate shall be embedded according to the requirements on the equipment installation drawings. The upper plane of the embedded steel plate shall be on the same plane. The embedded steel plate and anchor bolts required for installation shall be prepared by the installation unit or company.

2: The installation position of the screen body shall be determined according to the location of the equipment inlet and outlet

3: Installation of foundation support: install both ends of the screen body on the foundation support by hoisting, adjust the installation angle of the screen body to the design angle, and finally conduct fixed welding.

4: Connect inlet and outlet

5: Connecting the lower support sealing plate of screen body

6: There shall be no excessive resistance or jamming when manually rotating the drum screen, otherwise the cause shall be found out and adjusted in time.

7: If the roller screen is installed more than six months after delivery, the main shaft bearing must be removed for cleaning, and new grease must be injected before installation.

The roller screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller device, frame, sealing cover and inlet and outlet.
